Our privately-run, year-round hotel boasts 56 rooms, a restaurant with 230 seats, a cozy lounge bar, and a sprawling 1100m² wellness and spa area. Reach us effortlessly via the world's steepest funicular or cable car in just eight minutes.

• What You'll Bring:
• Completed hospitality education or apprenticeship, preferably with leadership experience
• Proven experience in reception, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
• Warm, service-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
• Neat appearance and polished manners
• Affinity for modern, digital work processes
• Advanced PC skills, familiarity with PMS Mews a plus
• Native German or C1 level, proficient English, French a plus

Your role will involve:

• Smooth operation of reception using PMS Mews
• Addressing guest inquiries and concerns
• Leading and coaching the reception team
• Administrative tasks, such as scheduling, time tracking, and commission calculations
• Process improvement and problem-solving
• Training hotel communication apprentices
