The Manager - Procurement Compliance Audit at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for leading and driving procurement compliance audits to ensure all sourcing and purchasing activities adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and reporting of audits, as well as collaborative stakeholder engagement to address identified compliance issues and mitigate risks.

The Manager plays a critical role in upholding high standards of procurement operations and promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.

• Plan and execute comprehensive procurement compliance audits across diverse departments and projects.
• Identify and assess compliance gaps, risks, and control weaknesses, and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with procurement teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor trends in procurement compliance and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the development and delivery of training programs related to procurement compliance and audit awareness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in procurement compliance, audit, or related fields, preferably within large projects or organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CIPS, CIA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's regulatory environment and procurement practices is preferred.
