Position Overview
Black & Grey HR is collaborating with a premier aesthetics and healthcare provider based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to recruit a seasoned Assistant HR Manager (Arabic Speaker) who will spearhead and enhance HR operations for the company’s Saudi operations. This is an active, hands-on position designed for a proactive HR professional with a strong background in healthcare, deep familiarity with Saudi labor regulations, and a track record of successfully recruiting medical professionals, including doctors and specialists. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Leadership and Operations: Oversee all HR functions for the Saudi Arabia branch, ensuring seamless execution of policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to KSA Labor Law, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for both clinical and non-clinical roles, with a primary focus on hiring doctors, consultants, and other healthcare professionals. Leverage an extensive network within the medical community to attract top-tier talent.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with physicians, medical specialists, healthcare institutions, and recruitment channels to support continuous talent acquisition and retention.
- Performance and Development: Drive performance management initiatives, employee engagement programs, and talent development strategies to enhance workforce productivity and satisfaction.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, address disciplinary matters, resolve grievances, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Learning and Development: Implement and monitor learning and development programs that align with organizational goals and support employee growth and retention.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain precise HR records, employee documentation, and confidential information while generating insights through HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce planning strategies, organizational development initiatives, and HR policies that drive long-term success.
- Operational Flexibility: Travel across the region on short notice as required to support business operations, recruitment drives, and HR-related initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR leadership roles within the healthcare, hospital, clinic, or aesthetics industry, with a proven ability to manage complex HR functions.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of KSA Labor Law, Saudi employment regulations, and healthcare-specific HR practices.
- Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated success in recruiting doctors, consultants, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals, with a strong network in the Saudi healthcare sector.
- HR Lifecycle Management: Comprehensive experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen aptitude for navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in dynamic settings and accommodate travel requirements on short notice.
