As a Manager within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will:

• Support clients in achieving strategic and operational goals by enhancing processes and refining operating models.
• Address complex business challenges using rigorous analysis techniques and make data-driven decisions.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and co-develop innovative solutions in an agile manner.
• Build strong client relationships and exceed business expectations.
• Contribute to business development activities and practice capabilities development.
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

We seek candidates with:

• 6+ years of consulting experience.
• Arabic language skills (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of F&A business processes and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Expertise in financial consolidation, planning, and budgeting.
• Strong process digitization experience (RPA, ML, process mining).
• Proven track record in delivering F&A transformation initiatives.
