Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Finance Intern to join our Finance team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving financial insights and operational efficiency. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage with cross-functional leaders in sales, finance, and operations, enabling you to contribute to data-driven decision-making processes that shape the future of our organization. Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations: Coordinate with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team to process daily accounting entries within the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
• Payroll and Reconciliation: Manage General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) bill payments and perform regular account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor customer payments and coordinate supplier payment activities to optimize liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Data Management: Support the creation and maintenance of customer and vendor master data to ensure up-to-date and reliable financial records.
• Payroll Accounting: Assist in payroll accounting processes and perform related reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting.
• Sales and Operations Support: Prepare sales forecasts and monitor the open order book to provide actionable insights for business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with customers and the customer service team to deliver operational support, enhancing the sales team’s effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with the procurement team to generate purchase orders (POs) based on purchasing requirements, ensuring alignment with budgetary and operational goals.
• Reporting and Analysis: Contribute to the development of executive-level dashboards and performance reporting tools, enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Professional Development: Engage with senior finance professionals to gain practical experience in financial operations, strategic planning, and business-critical decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with a strong aptitude for data analysis and financial modeling. Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus, along with prior internship experience in a finance-related role.
• Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, analytical, and reliable with a keen affinity for numbers and financial data. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (B2 level or higher) is required. Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
• Eligibility: This internship is exclusively open to Saudi nationals, including students and recent graduates, with the goal of nurturing local talent and fostering professional development within the region.
