In this role, you will be responsible for driving the translation and localization of our AI products and services, ensuring they meet the unique needs and cultural nuances of our diverse global customer base. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and sales teams to define and implement translation strategies that enhance our products' value and market reach.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing translation strategies that align with our product roadmap and business objectives.
• Managing and mentoring a team of linguists and localization specialists.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate translation into our product development lifecycle.
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of our translated products through rigorous testing and review processes.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI translation and localization.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in AI product management, a deep understanding of translation and localization processes, and proven experience in leading high-performing teams. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
