We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering IT services to our clients, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards and service level agreements.

• Oversee day-to-day service delivery operations
• Manage and develop a team of service delivery professionals
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery processes

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in service delivery management, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a strong customer focus. A relevant degree and ITIL certification would be an asset.
