Public Relations Specialist – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations (PR) professional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is exclusively open to female candidates with a proven track record in PR agency environments. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic PR initiatives, enhancing brand reputation, and fostering meaningful relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies and media campaigns that align with our organizational goals. Your duties will include:

• Strategic PR Development: Craft and execute innovative PR strategies to elevate brand visibility, manage public perception, and drive engagement across key audiences.
• Media Relations: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure media coverage and amplify our brand’s voice.
• Content Creation: Prepare compelling press releases, media kits, corporate communications, and other high-impact materials to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Event Coordination: Organize and oversee media events, press conferences, interviews, and stakeholder engagements to maximize exposure and foster positive public relations.
• Crisis Management: Monitor media trends, identify potential risks, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate reputational challenges and maintain brand integrity.
• Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine strategies and enhance future initiatives.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Mandatory PR Agency Experience: A minimum of 3 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in a PR agency setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of media landscapes, campaign execution, and client management.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen aptitude for crafting persuasive narratives and engaging content.
• Media Savviness: A strong grasp of media relations, including the ability to pitch stories effectively, manage interviews, and secure high-profile coverage.
• Strategic Thinking: A proactive and analytical mindset, capable of developing data-driven PR strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances, with the ability to tailor communications to diverse audiences in the Middle East.

Preferred Qualifications

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to applicants who meet the following criteria:

• Nationality from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Palestine, or Lebanon.
• Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments within the GCC or broader MENA region.
