Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join Apex Digital Innovations Saudi Co. in Riyadh. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving strategic financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company’s short-term and long-term objectives. Conduct thorough financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, as well as regulatory requirements. Oversee the audit process and collaborate with external auditors to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement robust internal controls to mitigate potential threats. Monitor market conditions, currency fluctuations, and economic trends to safeguard the company’s financial health.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence.
• Strategic Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to support critical business decisions. Analyze investment opportunities, cost structures, and financial performance metrics to optimize resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams. Represent the finance function in interactions with banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Technology and Innovation: Evaluate and implement financial management systems and technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in financial software and digital transformation.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ACCA) is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing finance team.
• Familiarity with financial software (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
