We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Asset Manager with expertise in CMDB Administration to join our dynamic team for a 12-month onsite assignment in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

As a Software Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the complete IT asset lifecycle, from procurement to retirement. Your responsibilities will include overseeing hardware and software assets, ensuring strict compliance with licensing agreements, and maintaining accurate records within the CMDB. You will be responsible for asset discovery, reconciliation, and conducting regular CMDB audits to uphold data integrity and compliance with ITIL processes. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management initiatives, driving continuous improvement in IT service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CMDB Administration, with a strong track record in managing Configuration Items (CIs) and ensuring governance across IT assets.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB or similar ITSM platforms, including expertise in asset discovery, reconciliation, and CMDB audits. A deep understanding of Configuration Management and ITIL processes is essential.
• Asset Lifecycle Management: Proven ability to manage the entire IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement, with a focus on hardware and software assets as well as license compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with IT teams, vendors, and business partners to drive alignment and compliance.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues related to IT asset management, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and adherence to best practices.
