• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the engineering department, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals
• Oversee project management processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of engineering projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree or MBA is preferred
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven record of leadership in a complex environment

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale engineering projects
