Regional Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Manager to lead and optimize the operations of multiple fuel stations within a designated region. Key Responsibilities

Regional Operations & Business Management

• Oversee the operational and financial performance of fuel stations across the assigned region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and profitability targets.
• Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency through strategic planning, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead and mentor station managers and operational teams across multiple locations to cultivate a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operational expenses without compromising service quality or customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners to support regional growth and operational stability.

Customer Experience & Service Excellence

• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement targeted initiatives to elevate service quality and brand reputation.
• Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer feedback and complaints to maintain high levels of trust and loyalty.
• Develop and execute regional action plans to enhance the overall customer experience and drive repeat business.

Financial & Performance Management

• Monitor regional sales performance, profitability, and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct in-depth performance gap analyses and develop corrective action plans to address deviations from targets.
• Oversee cost control measures and ensure accurate financial reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

Supply Chain & Operational Support

• Ensure consistent fuel availability and operational readiness across all stations within the region.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain, maintenance, and support functions to guarantee seamless business continuity and minimize disruptions.
• Monitor station requirements and uphold stringent operational standards to meet business and regulatory demands.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare and review comprehensive regional operational and financial reports for senior management review.
• Track KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to drive performance improvements and sustainable growth.
• Leverage data analysis and market insights to identify opportunities for innovation and operational enhancement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in fuel retail, retail operations, logistics, or a closely related industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a regional or multi-site management role, demonstrating the ability to oversee diverse teams and operations.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data, solve operational challenges, and make informed business decisions.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
• In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and fuel station regulatory compliance.
