The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving qualified lead generation, optimizing campaign performance, and accelerating business growth through innovative, data-driven, and AI-powered marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across a diverse range of channels. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing paid advertising campaigns on major platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and X. You will leverage cutting-edge AI-powered advertising tools, automation, advanced audience targeting techniques, and rigorous A/B testing methodologies to maximize campaign performance and deliver measurable results.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), and Conversion Rate to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of campaign performance, preparing comprehensive reports, and providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and scalability.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to conceptualize and execute high-performing marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Managing remarketing campaigns and optimizing customer acquisition funnels to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Staying abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging digital marketing opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record in managing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns with a focus on performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing performance tools.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered advertising solutions and campaign automation tools to enhance targeting and efficiency.
• Deep understanding of lead generation strategies, conversion optimization techniques, and marketing analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead campaigns independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and a strong commitment to achieving measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous:

• Prior experience in the real estate, office solutions, coworking spaces, or B2B marketing sectors.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), landing page optimization, and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and lead management processes.
• Basic skills in design or video editing, which can contribute to the creation of compelling marketing assets.
