Roads Engineer

Roads Engineer - Supervise and Deliver Exceptional Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a dedicated Roads Engineer to oversee road and infrastructure construction works, ensuring all activities align with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, IFC drawings, and project specifications
• Supervise road and infrastructure works, including earthworks, pavement, drainage, and utility networks
• Monitor daily site activities, work progress, manpower, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with Survey, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Project teams
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, quality, and HSE requirements
• Attend client and consultant inspections and address technical comments and NCRs
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports to support project delivery

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to read engineering drawings and supervise site execution
• Experience in government or Ministry of Defense projects is preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
