Healthcare Nutrition Specialist - Riyadh

Danone MENA is seeking a dynamic and talented Healthcare Nutrition Specialist (medical representative) to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In the context of Specialized Nutrition Middle East, you will be responsible for driving and contributing to SN brand market share in the assigned area, building productive scientific-based relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their healthcare nutrition needs.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Influencing HCP attitude and behavior through periodic visits and scientific-based arguments.
• Ensuring HCPs receive the right message, information, and clinical studies, and illustrating the benefits of our solutions.
• Conducting scientific audio/visual meetings and seminars for HCPs.
• Identifying business opportunities, implementing weekly call cycles, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
• Following up on customer queries/complaints and ensuring compliance with WHO and local government codes of ethics.
• Gathering intelligence on the HCP universe, monitoring competitor activities, and conducting medical detailing calls.
• Participating in internal meetings and contributing to team efforts.

To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess:

• BSc. in Medical, Pharmacist, or Dietitian.
• At least 2 years of experience, with experience in the nutrition field and primary healthcare centers being a plus.
• Strong consumer orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, rigor, transparency, decision-making skills, and teamwork.
