Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of professional anti-aging and skin enhancement treatments, including:

• Microblading & Permanent Makeup: Expertise in eyebrow shaping, eyeliner, and lip enhancements using advanced techniques and high-quality pigments.
• Meso Therapy & Advanced Delivery Systems: Administration of mesotherapy treatments using innovative devices such as Mezopen, HydraPen, BioPen, and TKN MesojectGun to deliver targeted active ingredients for skin rejuvenation.
• Chemical Peels & Exfoliation: Performing professional-grade chemical peels to address fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin texture.
• BB Glow & Skin Boosters: Application of skin-boosting treatments to enhance hydration, elasticity, and overall skin vitality.
• Advanced Cosmetic Devices: Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment for non-invasive skin treatments, including laser and LED therapies.
• Consultation & Customized Treatment Plans: Conducting thorough skin assessments and recommending personalized anti-aging protocols tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Product Knowledge & Sales: Educating clients on premium skincare products and active ingredients, including hyaluronic acid, peptides, vitamins, and plant-based extracts, to support their skin health journey.
• Training & Workshops: Participating in ongoing education to stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in anti-aging and cosmetic dermatology.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess the following:

• Certification or extensive experience in aesthetic treatments, mesotherapy, or permanent makeup.
• Proficiency in operating advanced cosmetic devices and tools, including Dermaroller, HydraPen, and LED therapy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of active ingredients, their benefits, and optimal application methods for anti-aging treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering consistent, high-quality results.
• Familiarity with leading brands and manufacturers in the cosmetic and skincare industry, such as Toskani, Simildiet, Skinderma, and QS Professional.
