Innovative Design, a leading provider of integrated marketing solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth in the Saudi market. Our comprehensive services include events, exhibitions, branding, creative, digital marketing, and engagement experiences.

In this role, you will:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across our integrated marketing services.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers across diverse industries.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and close high-value opportunities.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Represent Innovative Design at client meetings and industry events.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with:

• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in a relevant agency in Saudi Arabia.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• An established network of decision-makers and existing business relationships within the Saudi market.
• Previous experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with Arabic being a strong advantage.
