Deputy General Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join Globe Alliance Company in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop and implement high-level business strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision and objectives. Provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making processes and drive sustainable growth.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective measures as needed to achieve operational targets.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals across various departments. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages professional development, accountability, and high performance.
• Financial Stewardship: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation. Monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to the company’s financial health and profitability.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a managerial or executive role, with at least 5 years in a senior management position. Prior experience in the relevant industry is a strong advantage.
