Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team to ensure all business activities are executed in alignment with company goals and industry standards. Oversee daily workflows, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize inefficiencies.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth.
• Budget and Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage operational budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization. Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies to optimize spending and revenue generation.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to secure favorable terms, ensure timely deliveries, and uphold service quality. Represent the company in negotiations and contract discussions as needed.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local, regional, and international regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards. Implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization from potential operational, financial, or reputational risks.
• Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of entertainment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and administrative departments, to align objectives and deliver exceptional results.
• Technology and Innovation: Evaluate and integrate innovative technologies and tools to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve overall business performance. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to position AIKA Entertainment as a leader in the entertainment sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or CPIM) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the entertainment, media, or event management industry. Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of operational software, ERP systems, and project management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Asana, or Trello). Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools is advantageous.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
