The Car Sale Yard Supervisor is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bustling Car Sale Yard, with a primary focus on vehicle auction activities, inventory management, and end-to-end auction process coordination.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily yard operations.
• Manage and oversee vehicle auction activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation, inspection, and readiness for auctions.
• Monitor vehicle inventory, movement, and stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Fleet, and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Lead and supervise the yard team to achieve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in automotive, car rental, vehicle sales, or a related industry.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driving license is required.
