Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading medical device company based in Riyadh. This pivotal role is designed for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional clinical support to healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our commercial operations by providing expert guidance, training, and logistical support to both our sales team and key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Team Collaboration: Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the sales team to ensure seamless commercial operations and the achievement of business targets.
• Product Demonstrations & Training: Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations and clinical training sessions to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our medical devices effectively.
• Product Installations & Onboarding: Oversee the installation of medical devices and manage the client onboarding process to guarantee a smooth transition and optimal user experience.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and procurement teams, to foster trust and collaboration.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal departments, such as logistics, technical support, and sales, to ensure timely delivery of products and consistent service support to our clients.
• Performance Contribution: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and contribute to the achievement of regional and company-wide targets.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the medical device or broader healthcare industry, with a proven track record in a similar support or training role.
• Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence professional audiences, including clinicians and senior healthcare leaders.
• Training & Demonstration Expertise: Demonstrated ability to train clinicians and deliver effective product demonstrations, ensuring end-users are confident in operating our devices.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required to support sales activities, installations, and training sessions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
