- Compliance and Governance: Manage compliance activities from a corporate governance perspective, working closely with the Helix EMEA Legal team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Strategic Financial Management: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering accurate financial projections and effective cost management. Partner with the Corporate Finance team to align financial strategies with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Operational and Financial Reporting: Oversee operational and financial reporting, providing actionable insights that inform key business decisions and support long-term success. Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to the RHQ leadership team, including the General Manager, during quarterly management meetings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party service providers, including accounting, advisory, audit, and tax firms, to ensure seamless execution of financial processes and initiatives.
- Regional Financial Leadership: Lead the finance function for the Saudi Arabia RHQ, ensuring alignment with regional and global financial objectives while driving operational excellence and compliance.
