Planning Engineer (Power BI Experience)

Role and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework for projects. Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments. Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas. Advise on KPIs and performance metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management. Collaborate with department heads to develop action plans. Coordinate with IT to maintain optimal performance systems. Stay updated with industry best practices. Train and mentor staff. Lead and manage a team of performance professionals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum 10 years' experience in project management
• Thorough knowledge of project management processes and engineering work processes
• Experience in continuous improvement and talent development
• Excellent analysis, report writing, and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Power BI experience is required
