Associate - FLS

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate - FLS to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This fixed-term contract position is ideal for mid to senior-level professionals with a strong background in technical engineering, eager to contribute to innovative projects and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our engineering initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, and upholding the highest standards of technical proficiency and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Execution: Provide expert-level technical assistance in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions, adhering to industry best practices and company standards.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-impact results within specified timelines and budgets.
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify technical challenges and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance of engineering systems and processes.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all engineering activities comply with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and quality management systems to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and presentations, to communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process optimization initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or a related technical discipline. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technical engineering, with a proven track record in project execution, troubleshooting, and leadership.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, software tools (e.g., CAD, MATLAB, AutoCAD), and industry-specific technologies relevant to the role.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality results.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving project requirements.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
