Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end execution of mechanical engineering projects, from conceptual design and feasibility studies to final implementation and commissioning. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Technical Expertise: Apply advanced mechanical engineering principles to develop robust, efficient, and sustainable solutions. Conduct detailed analyses, simulations, and testing to validate designs and optimize performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, civil engineers, and project managers, to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly with other project components. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation within the team.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all mechanical designs and installations comply with local and international codes, standards, and safety regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Client Engagement: Act as a technical liaison with clients, providing expert guidance, presenting solutions, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Build and maintain strong professional relationships to enhance client satisfaction and project success.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements. Implement best practices and innovative methodologies to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or leadership role. Experience in [industry-specific sector, if applicable] is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Profound knowledge of mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS), simulation tools, and CAD/CAM systems. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to mentor junior engineers and work effectively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset.
