Key Responsibilities

As a Founder’s Associate, you will play a pivotal role in refining the business concept, conducting in-depth market research, and validating assumptions to ensure the startup’s offerings align with real customer needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Business Concept Development: Collaborate with the founder to refine and articulate the startup’s vision, ensuring clarity and feasibility in the early stages.
• Market and Competitor Research: Conduct comprehensive research to analyze market trends, identify key competitors, and evaluate potential business models to inform strategic decisions.
• Customer and Industry Engagement: Engage with potential customers, industry experts, and stakeholders to gather insights, validate assumptions, and uncover unmet needs.
• Positioning and MVP Definition: Assist in defining the initial services, product positioning, and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) based on research and feedback to ensure alignment with market demands.
• Partnership Development: Build early-stage relationships and explore potential partnerships that could accelerate the startup’s growth and market penetration.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Transform research findings and market feedback into actionable insights, supporting the founder in making informed, strategic decisions.
• Validation Execution: Support the execution of key validation activities, including pilot programs, customer interviews, and market testing, to refine the business model.
