About the Role

We are seeking a highly proficient and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role is designed to bridge the gap between business objectives and technological solutions, ensuring seamless alignment between stakeholder needs and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Conduct comprehensive analysis to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, and end-users, to identify system improvements and capitalize on digital transformation opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Technical Specification Development: Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, serving as a liaison between non-technical stakeholders and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
• Software Development Lifecycle Support: Actively participate in the software development lifecycle, contributing to phases such as design, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet predefined business requirements.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze system data to generate actionable insights, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to strategic planning through comprehensive reporting and visualizations.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements before deployment.
• Documentation and Communication: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials, while effectively communicating updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, software development, or system analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in dynamic environments.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of programming concepts, database structures, and software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
• Business Process Analysis: Extensive experience in analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to optimize performance and drive digital transformation.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, lead requirements workshops, and influence stakeholders to achieve consensus on project objectives and priorities.
