We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong passion for the sports, entertainment, and venues sector. This is an excellent opportunity to drive financial strategy and governance in a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute overall financial strategy, leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Oversee financial performance of all venues and projects, driving profitability, margin improvement, and cash generation.
• Ensure full accuracy of financial statements and compliance with SOCPA/IFRS, Zakat, VAT, and local regulations.
• Manage liquidity, working capital, banking relationships, and financial risks.
• Lead ERP implementations, reporting automation, and process standardization to support rapid growth.
• Act as the primary financial liaison with joint venture partners, shareholders, and the Board of Directors.
• Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team across corporate and operational levels.

Requirements:

• Saudi Nationality (Mandatory).
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior role (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (Master's/MBA preferred). Professional qualifications like CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
• Proven track record in the sports, entertainment, venues, or facilities management sectors.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, joint venture corporate structures, and excellent executive stakeholder management.
