System Analyst

System Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements to drive our software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRSs), user stories, use cases, and process workflows.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business users, throughout the SDLC.
• Supporting API and third-party system integrations.
• Preparing test scenarios, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinating defect resolution.
• Maintaining project documentation and providing post-implementation support.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience delivering enterprise web applications and working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Visio.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, HR systems, or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
