Sales Manager - ICT Infrastructure & Solutions

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving ICT projects within the government and private sectors. This role involves identifying and closing opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

• Develop new business opportunities for ICT infrastructure and solutions.
• Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver winning proposals.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.
• Engage in proactive selling by creating demand and shaping customer needs at early stages of the sales cycle.
• Present vendor solutions to potential customers and engage with vendors for successful positioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of ICT sales experience working for a system integrator in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking, firewalls, security, IP-based solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
