Position Overview

The Storekeeper position at Reforma Clinics is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This critical role ensures the seamless flow of materials and supplies essential to the clinic’s operations. The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and unloading incoming shipments, verifying accuracy, and ensuring all items are properly labeled, recorded, and stored. The role encompasses managing inventory levels, organizing stock rooms, monitoring expiry dates, and preparing materials for internal distribution through precise packing and documentation. Additionally, the Storekeeper maintains orderly and compliant storage areas, adheres to clinic policies, and upholds health and safety standards while collaborating closely with procurement and clinical teams to support uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Track, document, and reconcile stock levels to ensure optimal availability of materials while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
• Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies to ensure only quality materials enter the clinic’s inventory.
• Storage and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient storage environment, ensuring items are stored according to type, expiry dates, and safety protocols.
• Expiry Date Monitoring: Regularly review and track expiry dates for perishable or time-sensitive materials, coordinating timely disposal or replacement as needed.
• Internal Distribution Support: Prepare and pack materials for distribution to clinical and administrative departments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards, including proper handling of materials, equipment maintenance, and emergency preparedness.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with procurement, clinical, and administrative teams to anticipate supply needs, resolve discrepancies, and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Inventory Expertise: Proven experience in inventory control, including stock tracking, documentation, and reconciliation, with a keen eye for detail.
• Warehouse Operations: Hands-on experience in unloading, packing, and handling materials safely, ensuring they are prepared for efficient internal distribution.
• Equipment Proficiency: Competence in operating forklifts or similar material-handling equipment, with a strong commitment to safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
• Healthcare Experience: Prior experience as a storekeeper or in a related warehousing or logistics role, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting, is highly desirable.
• Technical and Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records, utilize inventory management software, and follow standardized processes with precision and reliability.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, dependability, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational Background: Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential; vocational training or certification in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field is considered an advantage.
