Dream of the Desert, Saudi Arabia’s first luxury train experience, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support strategic business decisions. As part of our fast-growing organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering unforgettable guest experiences while ensuring the company's financial health and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and experience in managing finance operations within a dynamic environment.

• Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Support business planning, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or SOCPA).
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
