Payment Associate

We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Payment Associate to join our team. This role involves collecting payments from customers for repairs, parts, and other services, as well as managing petty cash payments for the branch.

• Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage and maintain cash received from customers and cash imbursement.
• Accurately record and process day-to-day cash, POS, online payments, cheques, and receipts in a timely manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and process receipt payments.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong financial transaction skills, proficiency in point-of-sale systems and credit/debit processing, and excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

We prefer candidates with a graduate or diploma degree, with a minimum requirement of a diploma. Previous experience of 1-2 years is preferred, but we will consider candidates with no experience.
