At Abbott, you'll have the opportunity to drive commercial success through technical expertise and customer-focused solutions. Our Technical Solution Design (TSD) team is seeking a passionate and driven individual to support our Core Diagnostics Division.

In this role, you'll:

• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships with laboratory and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide technical and consultative expertise, leveraging Abbott's tools and industry best practices to establish credibility and demonstrate solution value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer challenges, align strategic objectives, and develop tailored solutions.
• Assess and quantify the operational, clinical, and financial benefits of proposed solutions through business cases and value-based recommendations.
• Support strategic account growth by working with account managers and sales leadership to prioritize opportunities and develop account strategies.
• Engage executive and operational stakeholders to align Abbott's solutions with organizational goals and future priorities.
• Design and optimize laboratory solutions, considering space utilization, sample flow, staff movement, productivity, safety, and future expansion requirements.
• Differentiate Abbott solutions and drive long-term value by leveraging market and competitive insights and contributing to customer success materials.
• Support tender and proposal activities by reviewing technical requirements and developing compliant solution designs.
