Key Responsibilities

The Medical Representative will play a critical role in driving the commercial success of our products by executing a strategic and customer-centric approach. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain long-term professional relationships with key healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and specialists, to enhance product adoption and market penetration.
• Scientific Engagement: Deliver compelling product presentations and scientific detailing to healthcare providers, emphasizing the clinical benefits, safety profiles, and therapeutic advantages of our pharmaceutical portfolio.
• Sales Performance: Develop and implement effective territory strategies to consistently meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, emerging market trends, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to management, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Field Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all field activities, including customer interactions, product feedback, and sales performance, using the company’s CRM system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Event Coordination: Organize and participate in high-impact medical meetings, product launches, and promotional events to raise awareness and drive engagement among healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge Management: Stay abreast of the latest developments in assigned therapeutic areas, including disease states, treatment guidelines, and product innovations, to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Compliance & Ethics: Adhere rigorously to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry ethical standards to ensure full compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, or a related field within the Life Sciences, ensuring a strong foundation in pharmaceutical principles and healthcare dynamics.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical sector, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive product adoption.
• Therapeutic Expertise: Prior experience in one or more therapeutic areas, such as Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Dermatology, CNS, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Gastroenterology, or other specialty fields, is highly advantageous.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and organizational capabilities are essential.
• Mobility & Travel: A valid Saudi driving license and the willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with healthcare professionals and attend relevant events.
