Job Purpose

The Full Stack Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, secure, and high-performance web applications. Your responsibilities will span the entire software development lifecycle, from front-end user interface creation to back-end service development, API integration, and database optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer, your core duties will include:

• Front-End Development: Building responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Back-End Development: Developing secure and efficient back-end services using ASP.NET Core and C#, leveraging object-oriented programming principles.
• Database Management: Designing, optimizing, and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server databases, including the creation of SQL queries and stored procedures to ensure data integrity and performance.
• API Development & Integration: Designing and implementing RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between internal and external systems, utilizing JSON for data exchange.
• Performance Optimization: Troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing application performance to ensure reliability, scalability, and responsiveness under varying workloads.
• Collaboration & Best Practices: Participating in technical design discussions, conducting code reviews, and adhering to software development best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Documentation & Deployment: Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and contributing to deployment activities to ensure smooth and efficient release cycles.

Technical Skills & Competencies

To excel in this role, you will possess the following technical expertise:

• Front-End Technologies: Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Back-End Technologies: ASP.NET Core, C#, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Database Management: Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, Stored Procedures
• API Development: RESTful APIs, JSON, API Integration
• Tools & Platforms: Git, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Entity Framework Core, IIS, CI/CD pipelines (preferred)

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in full stack development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, enabling iterative development and continuous improvement.
