Internal Audit Manager - Hospitality & Hotels | Saudi Arabia

Rawaj - Human Capital Management seeks a dynamic and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing internal audits to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within our hospitality and hotels division.

• Develop and implement annual internal audit plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform audits and prepare reports, making recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on internal controls and audit processes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the hospitality industry. CPA or CIA certification is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
