In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing contract strategies that align with our business objectives and risk management principles.
• Negotiating and drafting complex contracts with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to our project teams on contractual matters.
• Managing a team of contracts professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Collaborating with our regional and global teams to share best practices and enhance our contract management processes.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience of at least 10 years in contract management, with a strong background in the construction industry.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills, with a solid understanding of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
