Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Develop and maintain long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Business Development & Opportunity Identification: Proactively research and identify new business opportunities within the Saudi market. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Proposal & Pitch Development: Assist in the creation of compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to attract new clients. Ensure all materials are aligned with market trends and client expectations.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Saudi Arabia. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve collective goals.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement, business development, and revenue growth. Provide regular updates to management to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Remote Work Excellence: Demonstrate a high level of self-discipline, time management, and accountability while working remotely. Utilize digital tools and platforms to maintain productivity, communication, and collaboration with team members and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or a similar role, preferably within the Saudi market.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions. A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and driving results.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams). Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Remote Work Adaptability: Demonstrated experience working remotely with a high degree of independence. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a virtual environment.
