Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Processing: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including membership databases, sales records, and customer feedback. Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support reliable analysis.
• Analytical Insights and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using advanced analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Translate complex data into clear, concise insights that inform decision-making across departments.
• Performance Tracking and KPI Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to gym operations, membership retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Customer Behavior Analysis: Analyze customer engagement patterns, preferences, and feedback to optimize service offerings, marketing campaigns, and personalized training programs. Leverage data to enhance member retention and satisfaction.
• Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to streamline processes and improve resource allocation. Utilize data-driven insights to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational bottlenecks.
• Compliance and Data Security: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and internal policies governing the handling and storage of sensitive information. Implement robust security measures to protect confidential data.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis. Recommend and implement innovative tools and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities and business outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data analysis are advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros), and business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive meaningful conclusions. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data insights in a clear and accessible manner. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the fitness and wellness industry, including membership models, customer engagement strategies, and operational dynamics, is highly desirable.
• Local Compliance: Must be a Saudi national to comply with employment regulations.
