In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Providing exceptional support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high system availability.
• Collaborating with our IT team to implement and manage IT projects, ensuring they align with our business objectives.
• Monitoring and optimizing our IT systems' performance, ensuring they meet our business needs.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with a strong background in Windows Server and networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
