Drive Growth and Market Expansion in KSA

The Business Development Associate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and market expansion across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Based in our regional offices, you will identify, research, and qualify high-value opportunities across critical sectors such as Land, Aviation, Healthcare, Data Centers, and Logistics.

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Translate complex market data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Craft compelling pitch materials and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain and update business development follow-up tracking systems.
• Develop and maintain meticulous stakeholder maps to track key decision-makers.
• Coordinate inputs and data across various Operating Companies (OpCos) to synthesize a unified business development pipeline.

The ideal candidate is an agile professional with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, market research, management consulting, or a corporate analyst role, preferably within the GCC or KSA market.
• Familiarity with at least two of the target industries.
• A solid understanding of the KSA business landscape, government procurement tendencies, and corporate protocols.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and bilingual proficiency in Arabic being highly advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
