Job Summary:

• Responsible for managing and directing the finance function of the organization.
• Develops and implements financial strategies, plans, and objectives in support of the organization's long-term goals.
• Manages financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborates with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervises and develops finance team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
