Tarshid, established by the Public Investment Fund, is dedicated to driving energy efficiency and sustainability in Saudi Arabia. We collaborate with key ministries and the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center to develop, fund, and manage impactful energy efficiency projects in government and commercial sectors.

• Job Summary: Support the M&V team in daily tasks, including reviewing M&V activities, implementing strategic initiatives, and preparing reports.
• Responsibilities:
  • Support project development by assessing baseline consumption and feasibility.
  • Assist in baseline evaluation of bids and submetering installation.
  • Finalize DFS, ESPC documentation, and other M&V-related activities.
  • Support retrofit implementation by finalizing project M&V plan documentation.
  • Prepare M&V reports and review project performance post-retrofit.
  • Liaise with OM team, ESCO team, and Entity to resolve issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all work-related matters.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. CEM/CEA/CMVP certification is preferred.
• Experience & Skills: 1-2 years in a Solar technical role, preferably in the Energy sector. Proficiency in English and Arabic, effective communication, time management, and concurrent task management skills. Basic knowledge of building retrofits and savings estimation.
