Field Clinical Liaison - KSA

As a Field Clinical Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for dentists and orthodontists in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), driving clinical education, communication, and support for both external and internal customers. Your mission is to empower customers with exceptional clinical education, fostering their expertise in the Invisalign technique and boosting their clinical confidence.

Your role involves:

• Conducting independent field visits to dental practices, DSO organizations, and universities at least 70% of the time.
• Providing clinical support and education to orthodontists and dentists, fostering peer-to-peer relationships and teaching treatment planning and digital workflows within our Advanced Dental Products (ADP).
• Coaching healthcare professionals (HCPs) to become educators to their peers.
• Planning and executing interactive roundtables to drive case discussions and peer-to-peer networking.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to execute and coordinate Align educational programs, supporting predefined business goals.
• Contributing independently and through others on key projects, with the potential to mentor L4 and L5 clinical specialists.
• Working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives for the assigned territory.
• Planning visits and group sessions independently, aligning with the sales team and seeking opportunities to enhance HCPs' learning curve and digital workflows adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in dentistry or orthodontics, with 4-6 years of directly related experience.
• Proficient negotiation, challenger approach, didactical/presentation, and facilitator skills.
• Ability to train medical staff in using the product effectively.
• Native Arabic speaker with good English writing and speaking skills.
• KSA resident with a transferable Iqama is preferred.
