Key Responsibilities

The Area Manager will be responsible for the following core duties:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service delivery, efficiency in processes, and adherence to brand standards.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with operational procedures, food safety regulations, and local legal requirements across all sites. Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth and profitability by monitoring P&L performance, managing budgets, and implementing strategic cost-control initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Team Development: Foster a high-performance culture characterized by accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold the brand’s identity, customer experience guidelines, and operational excellence across all locations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests.
• Strategic Growth: Support the continued expansion of the business by identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and driving initiatives that enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following attributes and experience:

• Multi-Site Management: Proven track record in a multi-site management position within the restaurant, hospitality, or related sectors, with a deep understanding of managing diverse teams and operations.
• Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of restaurant operations, financial performance management, and P&L oversight, with a history of delivering measurable results in revenue growth and profitability.
• Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Operational Compliance: In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, operational compliance, and regulatory requirements, ensuring all locations meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
• Commercial Mindset: Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven ability to identify opportunities, implement strategic initiatives, and drive sales growth while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including team members, senior leadership, and external partners.
