The Financial Outcomes Analyst is a critical role that drives financial performance and strategic decision-making within our organization. This position requires a sharp analytical thinker, skilled in financial modeling and outcomes analysis, to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.

We seek a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, proven track record in financial modeling and analysis, strong understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance, and proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices in financial outcomes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include conducting in-depth financial analysis, developing and maintaining complex financial models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing financial reports, identifying and addressing data variances, assisting in budget development, staying informed on market trends and regulations, leading training sessions, and participating in continuous improvement efforts.
