This role demands a strong technical expertise and leadership acumen to drive business operations and support growth.

• Lead and optimize IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and technical operations
• Head IT teams, projects, and service delivery initiatives
• Guarantee system availability, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement strategic IT plans, policies, and best practices
• Oversee technology upgrades, vendor management, and IT improvement projects

Candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in IT operations management
• Professional Cisco certification(s)
• Proven technical expertise and leadership capabilities
• Advanced English skills
