Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet organizational goals, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to deadlines.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional production team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures to maintain high standards, reduce defects, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in production workflows and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
• Safety and Compliance: Uphold a strong commitment to workplace safety, ensuring all production activities comply with local, national, and international safety standards, as well as environmental regulations.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and other departments to secure timely delivery of raw materials and components, minimizing disruptions to production schedules.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, efficiency, and downtime, and present regular reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Technology Integration: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and automation trends in manufacturing, evaluating opportunities to integrate advanced solutions that enhance operational capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in production management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of production methodologies, lean manufacturing principles, and ERP systems. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and data analytics tools is a plus.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, resolving conflicts, and driving operational excellence in a multicultural setting.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and implement effective solutions under pressure.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, engineers, and frontline workers.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
