Lead Secondary Engineer - Systems Engineering

As a Lead Secondary Engineer, you'll drive the systems engineering process, from concept to operation, ensuring our products meet user requirements and business objectives. This role combines technical depth with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to shape processes and practices within our technical disciplines.

• Develop and manage engineering solutions for product and control system technologies, applying control theory and mathematical modeling.
• Leverage deep technical expertise, analytical thinking, and experience to implement strategies and best practices.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills to tackle complex manufacturing processes with technical diversity and/or interdependent production cycles.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues, lead small projects, and facilitate consensus among team members.

This role requires advanced experience, equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or relevant work experience. Strong communication, social, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to influence, coordinate multiple projects, and solve problems effectively.
